Student room In newly built eco house available

Hello!!

I have to move out of my room because my university placement will be coming to an end.

The house that I am moving out of is a 5 bedroom new-build eco house near the Brighton university campus in Moulsecoombe.

The room is a very large double bedroom with a brilliant view over Brighton. All the fittings are brand new and the room includes a double bed and wardrobe, as well as this you would pretty much have exclusive use of the top floor bathroom sharing with only one other person.

The house in general is in great condition and again is all brand new. There are 3 floors in total with bathrooms on every floor. There is a large open plan living area on the ground floor which includes a lounge with dining table and 2 sofas and a modern fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker and washer/dryer. The living area opens out on to a patio/balcony and garden with washing line.

Due to it being an Eco house, energy bills are very cheap and I haven't had to pay more than £20 a month for energy. Broadband is SKY fibre optic and costs £5 a month.

You will be sharing with 4 other lovely housemates who are all extremely outgoing and easy to get on with. There is 1 boy and 3 girls and they are all students at Brighton University. 2 of the students are second years and 2 of them are final years. Due to this and council tax restrictions this house would suite a undergraduate/postgraduate student or a student on placement.
