En-suite Double Room in Jubilee Square

Contemporary flat in with 1 double bedroom available with own bathroom (bath/shower). The bedroom is currently furnished with a double wardrobe, double chest of drawers, bedside table and double bed with storage underneath. However, if someone wants to move in with their own furniture, we're happy to move some out. There's a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area looking over Jubilee Square. The flat is within walking distance to everything central, 8 mins station, 5 mins beach, 5 mins Churchill Square etc etc...

The sharer:
We're looking for an easy-going guy/girl with a good sense of humour to move into our lovely flat in Jan/Feb. Someone who is reliable with rent and house proud but not anal.

About us:
We've shared happily and harmoniously in flats in London since 2010 with people we that we're still friends with. We like the occasional party, we're fun at the weekends and quieter in the week. We're creative/professionals who both work 9-5 although I cycle home at lunch to take our very friendly and well behaved small Cavalier King Charles dog out for a walk.
