Room available from late August/Sept

Looking for a new housemate to join me in what is a delightful and open house with a homely vibe. Will be sharing with just me, a female health professional in 30s and a friendly, non jumpy/yappy dog!

It is a maisonette, has a nice lounge with a fire place, overlooking Preston Park and the Downs. The bedroom is very spacious, with some built in shelves and cupboards, but room for more storage, bed and a desk. There is also a back garden (with a fire pit) for when the sun is shining!

5 min walk to preston park station, 20mins walk to hove, 25 to brighton - choices for London travel.

Ideally looking for someone who is sociable, but also respects space, happy to share a meal or two if/when the opportunity arises. Someone who cares about the environment and maybe even happy lend a hand in the garden (or i have an allotment that always needs extra hands...!!!).
