Double room in 3 bed Victorian terrace,Elm Grove

Double room in a spacious 3 bed house. Wooden floors, wood burner, big living room, big kitchen, 2 toilets. The garden opens onto a small park, which is lovely in the summer.
You would be sharing with 2 people, one male, one female. We both like being at home, cooking, watching films etc, but also have fairly busy lives outside of home and have many interests. (We are not a couple).
The rent includes a cleaner 4 hours a month.
