Small furnished double room in friendly houseshare

Hi there!

I have a lovely small, light and airy double room to rent, fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelving units, and it's available from April 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

There are excellent local amenities and bus routes, and it's around 15 minutes walk into town & the seafront / beach.

I'm friendly and welcoming, and have shared rooms in my house with many lovely people over the last few years, ranging from 6 months to 3 years!

I'm seeking a full-time working professional or mature student who is friendly, responsible and considerate.

As I work away some of the time, this will suit an independent person who is happy to have the house to themselves.

I enjoy friendly chats with my housemates and I'm happy to have the occasional meal together. And like myself, I'm looking for someone who prefers to socialise outside the house!
The rent is £600 per month and includes all bills. A deposit of one month's rent is required, as well as tenancy credit reference checks & there is a rolling 6 month contract. LGTBQIA+ friendly, however it's not suitable for couples, full time home workers or pets.
