Small furnished double room in friendly houseshare

Hi there!

I have a lovely small, light and airy double room to rent, fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelving units.

It's available from mid January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, there are excellent local amenities and bus routes, with around a 15 minute walk into town.

I'm friendly and welcoming, and have rented rooms in my house to many lovely people over the last few years, ranging from 6 months to 3 years.

I'm seeking a full-time working professional or mature student who is friendly, responsible and considerate.
And as I work away some of the time, I'm looking for an independent person who is happy to have the house to themselves.

The rent is £580 per month and includes all bills. A deposit of one month's rent is required, as well as tenancy credit reference checks. LGTBQIA+ friendly, however it's not suitable for couples, UC or pets.
