It is in 5 bed house for £80 per week rent, bills roughly £30 per month sharing with 4 other mature students.

The location is great (particularly if you enjoy cycling, the house is on a nice quiet street just off of Whitehawk Road and is close to a huge Asda, and local shops, a short walk to Brighton Marina and the lovely sea-front. Regular buses to central Brighton: buses 1, 23 and 7 from Whitehawk Road. Lots of free residential parking and a bike shed in the garden.
