Veggie Housemate Wanted

Partly unfurnished small double room to rent in a quiet 2 bed house with me (Ade) and Goji the cat.
The room has a built in wardrobe, shelves and a dresser and has been repainted and a new carpet fitted.
The house has a largish lounge, Kitchen (with gas cooker and large fridge/freezer), Bathroom (with bath and shower),conservatory and small garden.
we also have a washing machine.
We don’t have a telly, but we do have a video projector!
Rent is 300 per month, but doesn’t include council tax (we're in band C).
shared bills include gas, electric, water and cheap efficient internet.
We have a fantastic landlady, so no horrible agency fees! but there is a £300 deposit.
parking is fantastic-no meters or permits.
buses 1/1a/21 & 22 are within easy access.
