The local area is great, close to woodlands and parks, and very close to a bus stop with direct routes (26 & 46) into central Brighton. There's also a cycle path to the universities via Stanmer Park.
About the Flat:
- No shared living room, but the kitchen includes a dining table
- Kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine
- Shared bathroom with bath/shower
- Efficient heating and hot water system.
- Garden for flatmates use.
About the Room(s):
Room 1: £600 pcm
Room 2: £640 pcm
-Both rooms are doubles with storage, comfy chair, and desk space
Rent includes bills (Council Tax Band B)

We’re a mature and considerate household who value having our own space, cleanliness; kitchen / bathroom kept clean for the next person to use, and a peaceful atmosphere. Ideally, we’re looking for someone responsible and independent, who appreciates a quiet and well-kept home.
An interest in being vegetarian / vegan, creative pursuits, local art / nature, etc would be very welcome, though not essential.
