Large double room available in Brighton house share. £600 a month all in. Room available immediately (some flexibility available)

We are two ‘’professionals’’ in our early-mid twenties living and working in Brighton for a couple of years and are looking for a like minded easy going housemate. Would consider couples but rent would increase.

We have a large double room, unfurnished besides a sweet ass wardrobe, on the middle floor of our three story maisonette just off Elm Grove/Lewes Road. The house is really nice and very big, with large kitchen (big new American style fridge freezer, great oven and hobs) and adjoining living/dining room on the ground floor, leading to a big untamed garden at the rear. There’s also a very good condition washer and separate tumble dryer.

The advertised bedroom is on the ground floor next to the very large bathroom and separate second toilet. We live on the top floor where there are two big double rooms and an extremely small study room.

You would be living with Jack (Me) and Harry, we have known each other for over 10 years and have lived together for a while. I work four days a week at Sussex Uni and as an artist the rest of the time. I love music, sport, film, art, partying, drinking, good food, company and being outdoors. Harry works up at Sussex Uni also and has many of the same interests. He also likes being hilarious.

We do like to party - though due to the proximity of our neighbours, doing so in our own home is kept to a minimum - but we often spend weekends with friends in London or here in Brighton. We’re respectful always, but we also enjoy being drunk, fun and spontaneous. We would definitely welcome somebody who likes to socialise at home, it’s a big old house that is very well suited to having people over for dinner, partying, watching football, movie nights etc etc.

Rent is £600 which includes council tax and gas/elec, an additional £10 per month for TV/internet would be appreciated also.
