Hi, I am renting a double room in a shared 4 bed house on Mafeking road BN2 4EL, available from the 13th of April.
The room double, fully furnished, fresh/clean and just repainted. The house consists in 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and garden, with free off street parking space.
You will be living with a primary school teacher, a uni student and a professional worker. We like to keep a tidy house and non-smokers please.
Bills are not included (around £60 per month total including also council tax) but there are no additional agency fees like admin fees/credit check etc. The properties has internet, washing machine, fridge, microwave, freezer, pots pans etc for communal use.
No smoking in the flat please and no couples in one room.
