The kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven/hob with plenty of storage & dining space. Separate open spacious lounge, which is light and airy thanks to a sun room overlooking Preston Park. Bathroom contains a bath with power shower with plenty of space to move around in. Toilet is separate. No garden space unfortunately but a small balcony perfect for a few plants.

You will be sharing with Philip, a friendly/sociable 27 year old working full time. Looking for a like-minded person who is also considerate and tidy.

Bills (Including Council Tax): approx £100. 00
Deposit: 6 weeks rent
Agency fees: £140 plus VAT (but it is a very good agency for a change, very hands off but if you need anything done it gets done)
