Lovely double room near Uni and City center

About the room:
Nice big double room, it have a big window, a useful sink. The room is really quiet and next to the toilet (very convenient).

About the house:
The house is at 5 mins walk to the big Sainsburys of Lewes Rd. Very well placed for going to the Uni or to the city center (10-15mins walk). Its really well connected with frequent buses in Lewes Rd.
The house is a 3floors house, on the "basement" there is a big and fully equipped kitchen with a garden and the living room. On the "ground" level there are two bedrooms and on the first floor there is another two bedrooms and the toilet. The offered room is right next to the toiled on the first floor.
The flatmates are 3 lovely and very sociable girls, two from Ireland and one American/British. All professionals.
The vibe on the house is quite good and relaxed and its common to meet on the living room and have a chat while watching the TV or on the kitchen.
There is a really nice garden ready for when the sun decides to come!

Boring stuff:
Room is 350/month plus bills (max. 100) which includes everything: council tax, water, electricity, gas, Virgin TV and internet.

The flat was rented originally unfurnished, so the room was unfurnished when I took it, if you want the room furnished I can leave at is it at the moment for 200gbp (King size bed with pillows and sheets, 2 doors wardrobe, bed table, shoerack a shelve and some other furniture).

The agency requires a guarantor or 3 months in advance.
