Housemate wanted in friendly Seven Dials house

I'm moving to Oxford so looking for someone to take my room in a friendly house share in Seven dials.
The room is generous in size and gets lots of light. It is furnished with a bed/futon, two chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is also a sink which is super handy for getting ready for work etc.
The house is a gorgeous Georgian property with seven bedrooms, two bathrooms, an extra toilet and a lovely patio garden that is ideal for barbecues in the summer.
Currently there are seven of us in the house - four guys and three girls. We are all aged twenties or early thirties and professionals.
We’re friendly, easy-going and like to socialise together (pubs, cooking at home etc.) and would like to live with people who'll join in.
Preferably male, non-smoker similar age and professional.
The house is ideally situated minutes from the train station, beach and Brighton town centre.
Dyke road round the corner has a number of great pubs, restaurants and deli shops.
The rent is £606 including all bills (elec, water, council tax, broadband, sky TV) as well as a cleaner who comes twice a week.
