Sunny Double Room 6 month rental

I’m looking for someone (female) to rent a room in my lovely flat for 6 months. The room to rent is a double room at the top of the flat so it feels quite private. It has a wooden floor and is furnished with a bed, chest of draws, desk and chair. You may to note from the pics that it is a loft conversion and some of the roof is sloping. This might not suit everybody?
I live in Hanover (a few shops, big hill, good pubs, nice park) which is a 15 min walk from the North Laines and 15 mins to the station. The flat has an open plan kitchen/living room and is split over 3 levels. There is an open fire and a huge bathroom.

The room would suit a PhD student or someone professional and more mature in years, fully housed trained and respectful of our shared space. Alas this is no longer a party flat so if you are looking for that we won't be compatible. You would be sharing with me, sociable, easy going, lover of early nights and handy in the kitchen. Happy to join in with the occasional cup of tea / glass of wine. I work with special needs children in a primary school.

The rent is £700 including bills
