Double room available in Hanover -Dec 1st

Traditional Victorian large terrace house close to north Laines and St James street amenities. Bright and modern, all rooms with central heating and high ceilings. Shared communal rooms with fully equipped kitchen, utility room and small but pleasant garden. Inhabited by a gay couple, 1 English, 1 Spanish. We short let 1 other room in the house and so have guests occasionally.

We are completely open minded to potential new housemates, age, race, sexuality etc irrelevant. But must be friendly, responsible, considerate, environmentally friendly and employed.
