It's a double room, £100 a week (£433. 33 a month) excluding bills
The address is 30 Hollingdean Terrace, BN1, and tenancy starts on the 23rd of July
It's about halfway between Sainsburys and London Road station, an 8 minute walk each way
We have broadband, a washing machine, a tumbledryer and a dishwasher
