Friendly young professional houseshare

Hi guys,

We’re young professionals in our mid/late twenties who are currently seeking a new housemate to share our lovely three bedroom house in Hanover.

We're quite a social house and often enjoy joining up for the odd pub quiz, plus we all know Hanover has the best pubs in Brighton. We also sometimes enjoy cooking and eating together and sharing a bottle of wine after a hard day. However, we all definitely have a balance and enjoy our own social lives as well as a shared one.

About the house:

-Good sized double bedroom (unfurnished)
- Homely living space including living room, kitchen, decked garden with chimnea and table and chairs and shared bathroom.
- Rent is £390pcm
- Bills including virgin media tv and internet, gas, electric, water and council tax is approx £80 pcm
- There is also free onstreet parking available outside
- No agency fees with only one months rent as a deposit
-Twelve month contract
-10 minute walk to the station

We're really looking for the right housemate to complete our home which we really enjoy living in.
