Seeking female flat

Hiya, I'm Sophie, and I would like to offer a single room, available to rent in the heart of Brighton (opposite Churchill Square), with communal use of the bathroom and living room.
I am seeking an easy going female from all walks of life, who is able to respect my space and privacy, and vice versa.
The room comes with a small double bed, including a 2-month old memory foam mattress of medium density, as well as a built-in wardrobe and other storage space.
I am a friendly character with a good sense of humour. I work full-time, Monday - Friday, and I spend most of my time with my girlfriend when I am not working.
I mainly enjoy a nice glass of wine, tasty food, and a good film to get lost in. Outside of the flat I enjoy life and like to plan events to look forward to.
