We are two housemates, male and female (32 and 30 years old) looking for a flat mate to share our amazing warehouse apartment in central Brighton.

The flat is over two floors with a huge living area upstairs which houses a full size pool table and additional room housed in the original beams. There are two bathrooms both with electric showers and a fitted kitchen with a brand new washing machine. There is underfloor heating and wooden floors throughout (except in 2 bedrooms, where new carpet has been laid)

The Flat in in the centre of town just off Preston Street so amazing location.

The room is a large sized double bedroom with double bay doors and en-suite. Rent is £590. 00 per month and bills are roughly £120 including council tax, water, gas, electric, Virgin Broadband and Tivo (total costs £708. 00) It is a private let with a deposit of £450. 00 and just a £50. 00 contact fee.

We are both working professionals who are easy going and enjoy watching films and the occasional glass of wine. You will also be sharing with a lovely cat Buddy.
