Hi,
We are 5 girls and one boy going into our fourth year at Brighton university, and need to find another housemate as one member of our house has dropped out! The contract for the house starts mid/end of august. Rent is £100 a week and around £600 deposit. The house is in the Elm Grove area, only a 15-minute walk to the lanes/town and has really good public transport links. The house has 7 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, a communal kitchen and conservatory with a small garden. Our landlord is very good and does all the maintenance needed!
