Hi there I have a double and a small double room in a furnished 2 bed house on Upper Hollingdean road.

It has a nice little patio garden that gets a lot of sun, kitchen, living room, toilet/utility room and a bathroom. It is 5 minutes away from sainsburys, 5 minutes away from london road train station, 20 minutes away from moulsecoomb campus and has a off licence just down the road.

The rent is £411 with bills being around £50 a month on top of that. If you want some pictures feel free to ask or any other questions. The hob is gas and the oven is electric, the water heater is gas and we have an electric shower.
