The flat is in the Preston Park area. A 7 min walk from Preston Park station, fast direct links to town and very accessible to the A23 and A27. Free on street parking, always easy to get a space.

I am the current tenant in the flat and unfortunately my flat mate has had to relocate! The flat is brilliant, hence why I don't want to move out! I love the area as well. Close to town but also nice and chilled for after a busy day.

There is an outdoor heated swimming pool which is perfect for chilling out by at the weekends or after work.
All the expected appliances are present. There is also TiVo television and Virgin 1GB internet.

I am a doctor working around East Sussex. As I'm busy during the week I love to chill out in the evenings and have a lot of fun at the weekends. I'd want to make friends with the person I live with rather than have an awkward staying in bedrooms situation. It's not my thing.
