Lovely attic room available in central Brighton!

There is a lovely top floor room available in a four bed house from the 23rd August (no earlier). It's in the heart of the North Laine and close to the station and all the shops. The house is spread over four floors and the room available is an attic room on its own floor.

The room is a medium sized double with wonderful views. The room comes unfurnished.

Current housemates are aged 26-33, all working, all female. Occupations include marketing and midwifery - they are a lovely, sociable bunch.

The house isn't a party house as we've all 'done' that but we are sociable and like to hang out when we're in together. Generally it's a peaceful, relaxed house. The house has noisy floorboards and so would suit a deep sleeper and/or someone light-footed!! (also there is no double glazing so the seagulls are v noisy at the moment!). :)

We're looking for someone who is friendly and sociable, respectful and who does their bit around the house.

The rent is £475 excluding bills and is a private let but the landlord is great. Deposit is one month's rent in advance. You should budget for the bills to cost approx £100 extra a month with them costing less during the spring and summer months. The rent is due on the 20th of the month so you will need to pay your deposit plus one month's rent when you move in.

There's no smoking in the house, no pets, no couples, no party animals and no students please. We will only be considering those in full time permanent work and this will be checked by the Leaders who manage the contract.
