Room for rent in beautiful Seven Dials flat

We have a room to sublet for 7 months, from September 16 - April 16 in a beautiful, newly furnished 2-bedroom flat in Seven Dials. We're looking for a friendly, responsible, female professional or postgraduate student who can commit to the full 7 months. You would be sharing with another young woman who is friendly and great to live with, and who works full time.

The rent is £550 / month, plus bills and council tax which usually comes out to £110 - £130. That includes high speed internet, water, gas / electric, tv license, and council tax. The flat and room are both fully furnished, and all appliances are brand new.

Seven Dials is a fantastic neighbourhood, very safe and friendly, with plenty of shops / amenities / cafes. It's about a 15 minute walk from the station, and very easily walkable into central Brighton. This really is a fantastic deal.
