1 Room to Let in Central Brighton

3 guys aged 20-26, with a mix of graduates and a current student. We have a double room spare in Central Brighton, to be fair the room isn't the largest but we don't tend to spend much time in our rooms and would like someone sociable willing to spend most of their time in the open kitchen/living room like ourselves. We are happy for a student or graduate to move in, maybe not a first year as we all work fairly early.

The Maisonette is located off of Western Road, 10 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the beach.

Bills we worked out to cost around £20 a week but that is including everything (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, TV, Broadband, Water etc.)

We're quite sporty guys in to our football but as long as you're easy going and up for a few drinks every now and then you will get on with us well.
