Four Bedroom Property to Rent in Hanover

Hello, we've got a four bedroom house to rent in Hanover. All good sized double rooms, we're happy for four people together or to rent the rooms individually.

The two rooms at the front of the house are big, particularly the one on the top floor. The other two are both decent sized. The rooms come with a double bed and we can negotiate some furniture depending what you've got/need. All painted in neutral colours, but landlord is quite easygoing if you're into your decorating.

We've got a lovely dining room and a decent sized lounge which is pretty cosy in the evenings. Kitchen and bathroom also included, with a nice garden with an ivy canopy and a built in barbecue, which is great in summer.

Rent is £83 per week, including the internet (wireless broadband). The gas, water and electricity bills are reasonable as it's all double glazed and gas fired central heating. Private landlord so no agency fees and deposit is one month's rent. The landlord needs a Guarantor if you are going to move in. There is free parking right outside.

The location is excellent - Plenty of pubs nearby and around a 20 minute walk to town or the station. Kemp town & the beach are just 10 minutes down the hill and the main bus routes are all at the bottom of the hill.

Two of the rooms are available now and the other two will be free in mid-October, but we can be flexible about that if people need to move in earlier.
