Female wanted for single room in lovely vegetarian house

Single room to let in vegetarian house for friendly non-smoking female.

Clean south facing upstairs room that faces onto an enclosed back garden in a three bed house in Hanover.
The room has a bed, some furniture and there's a sink aswell.

We are looking for someone of the friendly, considerate and domesticated variety to share the house with two other people, one male and one female (we're not a couple).
Mid 20's - mid 30's, who's had a bit of experience of sharing a house.

The whole house is pretty well maintained and has been recently redecorated and there's new furniture in the living room.

The rent's £75. 62 p. w. including council tax, the utilities are about £42 each p. c. m. on average over the whole year. Broadband's about £8 each p. c. m. so that's about £377 in total per month.

House has all the usual - washing machine, central heating, 50mb wireless broadband, lovely garden, etc.
