Double room to rent on Redvers Road, off Coombe Road/Lewes Road. It's a two bedroom house to share with Masters student.

There is a good sized furnished open sized living space downstairs, with comfortable sofas and separate area for dining.

Fully kitted out kitchen with washing machine, microwave, kettle and gas cooker. There is also a good sized bathroom downstairs.

The room is currently unfurnished however there is built in wardrobe space and a clothes rail. There is enough space for a double bed and a desk.

I'm a masters student starting a course in Multimedia Journalism at Sussex in September. I'm looking for a third year student or postgrad to share with as I'm looking for a good working environment during the week. But I will be socialising on the weekend so would like a friendly and outgoing person as well.
