Three double rooms available near Sainsbury Lewes Road.

1. Loft room with en suite bathroom: available from the 3rd July. The room is fully furnished and has plenty of storage space(double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, sink, toilet shower).

2. Spacious Double Room with big window: available from the 10th July. It is fully furnished and has plenty of storage space (double bed, mattress, mirrored wardrobe, bookshelf, cabinet, desk, chair).

3. Cozy Double Room: available from the 10th July. The room is fully furnished(double bed, mattress, mirrored wardrobe, shelf, chest of drawers, desk, chair).

*Tenancy cannot be commenced earlier than the date above.

We have a clean kitchen, downstairs bathroom, and all mod cons including high speed broadband. Each room has a door lock.

The house is located within 8 minutes walk from Sainsbury Lewes Road, which is serviced by numerous bus routes, including 25 buses to the universities and 50 buses to Town Centre. The house is also very close to London Road Station.

Rent is £95 per week and a deposit of £400 is also required to secure the room. Bills are £5 per week.

We are seeking a professional or mature student who will stay from July until the end of August/beginning of September. The tenancy cannot be extended beyond this point.
