Hanover pad

Hi,
I have a double room to rent in my 2 bed maisonette in Hanover, Brighton.

The room has a double bed, with mega comfy mattress, and there's a wardrobe. The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room downstairs, which is a nice area to share. I have virgin tv and broadband, there's a washing machine and gas cooker. Water, broadband/tv & water bills are included, as is fortnightly cleaner. Gas and leccy split down the middle quarterly or monthly. Council tax is also included.
There's a little private patio garden outside, and you can park free on the street.
Hanover is a really nice part of Brighton to live in - friendly, safe area with lots of nice pubs, and close to queens park. I can walk to the station in 15 mins, takes a bit longer to get home as there's a bit of a hill! The beach takes about the same.

A bit about me: I'm working in London, and stay there quite often during the week - so you'd have the place to yourself quite a bit. When I'm home I like to hang out, have a glass of wine and a chat or laugh at the tv; though I do my own thing a lot too. I'm sociable and like to have friends & girlfriends over, and happy for flatmates to do the same. I would say, and have been agreed with, that I'm a fun and very easy going person to share with. I have a very friendly cat who doesn't mind sharing the sofa!
