Good-sized double room. Massive house in popular area with lots of pubs nearby and walking distance to town and train station (approx 20 mins).
Good bus links, local shops nearby.
To share with 1 female, 2 males aged between 23 - 28 years. Ideally looking for another housemate of similar age.
Young professionals only.
Sociable house, chilled in the week as we all work 9-5 Mon - Fri.
Available from 8th October but possibly 29th September dependant on current housemate's leaving date.
Bills approx £1 pppm-inc council tax/water/internet/gas/electri c/home insurance.
We also have a cleaner who comes fortnightly and a gardener once a month.
