Hi, I’m seeking a professional female (late 20’s to late 30’s) to share a 2 bedroom, newly refurbished flat in a quiet neighbourhood in the 7 dials area. The flat is situated 10 minutes walking distance from Brighton station, Brighton shopping centre, Hove and the seafront. There is also easy access to buses and permit parking is available. You will be sharing a flat with an early 30’s female professional who values tidiness, likes socialising and going out as much as staying in and watching a show or movie. I am looking for someone who wants to mix communally rather than stay in their room all evening.

-Rent is £550/month excl. bills (bills approx. £100 each)
-Agency fee (~£175)
-Security deposit is 1. 5 x months rent + 1 month rent in advance
-1st November ideal moving-in date however can accommodate mid-October if required
