Large Beautiful Double Room Near Universities

Large beautiful double room just decorated with excellent view. Access to wifi, washing machine, cooking facilities, kitchen, living room. We are near both Sussex & Brighton Universities and a cycle lane has just been built to Sussex Uni and there is one available to Brighton Uni too.

We are a mother and adult son team and have always been very warm, friendly and welcoming to our students. We have built many good relationships with previous students and still keep in touch with most. We do not believe in exploiting young people as we think it is hard enough for them as it is.
