All bills included, Broadband. Garden is a shared with 1 other flat. The flat really benefits from being quiet, even though its centrally located, its an ideal spot for every area of Brighton and Hove.

The flat is 5-10 mins walk to Brighton Station, North Laines, and Central Brighton. Loads of lovely pubs, restaurants, very near beautiful St Annes Well Park and it has a fabulous community spirit.
