Central Location, Large Double, Private landlord!

Seeking a flatmate to live in a maisonette on St James's Street.

The room (pictured) is large and comes with a big comfy double bed already, shutters and painted floors. It's warm, light and you can put as many pictures on the walls to make it feel like home.

The house itself has a large sitting room, nice kitchen (both pictured) house bathroom (which will be all yours) and an outside terrace.

Me: Young professional, work a lot but am home during the day and some evenings. I can be at work until mid morning but am always respectful of other working/sleeping hours! I enjoy being social and am always up for a cup of tea an a natter, or indeed sitting for hours in the pub. I love listening to music, constantly, it is a music household! the stereo in the living room is always on with some sort of groove/afro/jazz/folk/psych/be at music/bass/random stuff blaring out...

You: Young professional too (sorry guys no couples/students/dss please), generally a good egg, wants a real home with a nice atmosphere to come back to. Enjoys living life, respecting others, and music as a bonus!

The bills are cheap cheap cheap as the central heating is brand new and eleki speaks for itself. Heating was on constantly over last winter and only came to £100 oof! Totally fast super speed fibre-broadband is only a tenner a month.

This is a private landlord too so there are no fees! Just a month deposit. References will be needed too.
