I'm looking for a clean and tidy male 17-24 gay or Bi-sexual preferred. Rent is £450 per month including bills. However it's more about finding the right person and therefore the rent could be negotiable, I'm open to offers/suggestions depending on what someone can afford. My house is 2 min walk from the bus stop into town and 10 mins from London road station and 15 min walk to Lewes road.

I'm easy going and chilled guy, I'm out at work a lot. This is not a party house, so would ideally suit like minded work guy or student needing to study.
