We have sea views from the living room, no houses looking over us, private gardens and the best location in the city.

This street is the best of both worlds, you can get to the clock tower in 2 minutes and still have peace and quiet on the weekends for a lie in.

Aside from the exterior, we've got a lovely 2 bedroom flat with traditional open fire place and contemporary decor. The room is at the back of the house and is very quiet, comes furnished with bed and two chest of draws. In the lounge there is a 42" 3D TV, Xbox 360, Blu Ray player and Sky+ HD. Broadband is Sky Fibre.

The bathroom is also large with a free standing roll top bath and separate shower which "rain maker" shower head.

Kitchen is narrow but fitted with high quality worktop and cupboard units and includes the usual fridge/oven/hob + dishwasher.

As a house mate, I'm a 35 year old professional running my own business. I'm usually away from Tuesday to Thursday during the week but around on the weekends. I'm laid back and easy going and would like to share with someone of a similar mindset. This is not a party house, we respect our neighbours too much!
