I am looking for a responsible, mature, non-smoking, student or young professional who is friendly and considerate, to rent a double room in a quiet, well equipped private home.

Large bright double room with desk, plenty of shelf space, 4’ bed, TV, Wi-Fi, stunning view of the Downs, own lavatory, shared spacious kitchen/diner, laundry facilities and bathroom. Access to the large back garden and bicycle storage. I will vacuum your room weekly and launder your bed linen.

Easy on-street parking, 5b bus route (bus stops are 1 minute from the house) direct link to the universities and the town. The house is situated close to the beautiful Lilac Park. Brighton and Hove within walking distance.

I am willing to negotiate a Mon to Friday let.

£100pw includes all bills.
