Peaceful Queens Park double

All bills included. Lovely double room in quiet, community orientated neighborhood near Queens Park / Hanover. I renovated the house myself 2 years ago and it is decorated to a high standard with Farrow & Ball walls, stripped wood flooring, and nice furnishings. I am looking for someone who appreciates this and treats it like their home. I have two friendly cats, Gus and Mylo. I work Mon-Fri, 8-5 and I am looking for someone who keeps regular hours and is independent but might want to hang out from time to time over a beer / glass of wine.
Rent is inclusive of all bills including broadband, full Sky package and a weekly cleaner.
The room has two built in wardrobes and there is a double sofa bed which can stay or go depending on your needs.
