Female Flatmate Wanted - Centre of Brighton

Double room available from the end of October in a three bed flatshare with two mid-twenties professionals (not a couple). We both work 9-5 and are looking for a similar easy-going third person.

The flat is located just off St Peters Church in the centre of Brighton - 10/15 minutes walk from the beach - 5 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minute from bus stops. There is no car parking space outside the flat. Bright and modern decor throughout.

The room that's available is located at the back of the flat so is quiet for the location. The room comes unfurnished but we already have the main living essentials (fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave)

Bills aren't included in the rent - we put into £70 joint account at the start of each month which usually covers everything else (electricity, water, tv/internet).

We are with an agency so normal referencing process and deposit of 1 months rent applies. The contracts are signed for a minimum 6 months however we are *really* looking for someone who is looking to stay for at least a year.

Who we're ideally looking for:
- Professional (Would consider final year/ mature students who contribute to council tax)
- Non-smoker
- Friendly
- Tidy
