The house in located in the Fiveways area and is a 2 minute walk to bus stop with transport to the universities or central Brighton. London Road rail station is 10 minute walk.

Would likely suit a student, non-students will be considered but will need to pay council tax which works out around £85 per month.
Bills are approximately £10-15 per week electric (topped up on meter) but this is split between the 5 of you.
Water/Gas approximately £50 per 6 months each.

The rooms are let per room (not a joint tenancy) but have use of shared communal facilities: Kitchen with cupboard space, 2 fridges, oven, microwave etc, Living area with sofa, table and chairs, 2 Bathrooms - 1 with a shower, toilet and sink, the other with a shower and sink, and paved back garden.

The bedroom available is located in the upstairs of the house and contains brand new double bed, desk, chair, large chest of drawers, built-in cupboard with hanging space, shelves, 2 double plug sockets and window facing onto back of house. The rooms all have locks.
