Flatmate Wanted! Brighton, double room, £433pcm

Amazingly amazing, witty, honest and tidy housemate wanted! We are 2 lovely girls (with brightly coloured hair) who have just found a new 3 bedroom flat to move in to, but now need a 3rd person to join us! The flat is on Montpellier Road in central Brighton, has 3 good-sized double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/living room (with brand new fridge freezer, oven and grill, and plumbing for a washing machine), and bathroom (with both a shower and a bath). There is gas central heating throught the flat. It is set across 2 floors, so feels very spacious, and is currently in the process of being refurbished, so will be all sparkly and new when we move in. We have paid all deposits and agency fees already, and have a hopeful move in date of the 1st November.

A little bit about us...

Charlotte is a 26 year old student midwife, studying at Brighton Uni and working at Haywards Heath hospital. She has very long red hair, and eyes that change between green and blue. She drives a green Beetle, and really likes Ribena. Films are her passion, so she will often talk your ear off about this, and is often found bingeing on Netflix. She likes her music bassy, but won't play it too loud, and has a very dry sense of humour.

Sara is a 22-year old original Swede with pixie coloured hair working as a photographer for LongboardsUK. Her favourite animal is the unicorn, or possibly pugs to be more down to earth. She is vegetarian, going on vegan and likes going to gigs. She also likes films and drinks and all the ususal.

We are both sociable and are looking for someone we can get on with. We are both smokers. We are happy to live with a guy or a girl, it's more about the person! Somebody with a sofa would be great, as we don't currently have one... :)

With regards to money, the rent is £433 each per month. We have already paid £440 in agency fees to secure the flat, so will require the person moving in to pay a third of this (£147) back to us upon moving in. The deposit is currently £1950 (but we are hoping to negotiate this lower), and will be split between the 3 of us. We will also need this upon moving in, plus 1 months' rent in advance. This will all be paid directly to the estate agents. If you are a student you will need a UK homeowner guarantor, or if you work will need to provide the estate agents with proof of salary.

The flat comes unfurnished, but we have some furniture to start off with. Your bedroom will be unfurnished though.

We really want to make sure we get the right person, so want to meet up face to face before making any decisions. We are hoping to do this early next week, as soon as possible. It would be great if you could tell us a little bit about yourself in the e-mail :)
