Lovely double room to rent in modern, clean, bright 3 bed penthouse city centre flat.

Our housemate is moving away so we’re looking for someone to share our friendly home with.

THE AMAZING FLATMATES!:
We (Heidi & Stephen) are easy going, friendly & warm. Early to mid thirties. We love a glass of red wine and a good film night in as much as the occasional night out, live music, friends over for dinner etc
We both work regular hours, are clean and tidy.

YOU:
Nice, friendly person, clean and tidy. Someone who is looking for a home rather than a room to lock themselves away in. It’s a non-smoking flat but we have a balcony if you do smoke. Gay friendly (Stephen is gay), Clean friendly (we’re not clean freaks but we like clean & tidy), and friendly friendly!

THE ROOM:
Bright, double room, built in mirrored double wardrobe.

THE APARTMENT:
3 double bedroom large modern apartment. Large bright lounge with wall to wall patio doors opening out onto balcony with views of St Peter’s Church. Modern fitted kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher. Separate Utility room with washer/dryer. Very warm in winter. Sky TV, High Speed Broadband. Lift and bike storage cupboard in the building.

THE LOCATION:
Perfectly located! 5 min walk to Brighton Lanes, 7 min walk to Brighton Station, Easy access to London road & open market (lovely fresh fruit & veg!). Tons of great pubs in Hanover & the Lanes. Parking Zone C. No waiting list for permits (I think!). Permit free parking in Hanover just a short walk away.

PRICE:
£575 + bills (currently £100 a month each). Plus we all chip in a tenner for toilet rolls and communal bits. Available 22nd November 2014
