Great location just off Lewes Road, 15-20 min walk into town with bus stops close by. Free parking for those with a car.
Rent is SUPER CHEAP at £344 a month! Including bills this comes to around £414 pcm - a bargain.
We have a cleaning rota (communal areas once every 4 weeks) and ask that bills are paid on time - these are the only rules.
