Double Room In Flat Share

Hey there!!

I have a Good sized double, furnished with memory foam double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws and some extra storage - with TV and DVD!

Hi there, so my room mates are moving out end of November and I'm looking to fill the room, it's a good size, and fully furnished! Plenty of storage in the rooms. Obviously use of kitchen, and bathroom! Lounge with tv and virgin - not to forget there's WiFi! Shower and toilet are separate, so no banging on doors when you need a wee and someones in the shower!
I work full time And so does my boyfriend. The third flatmate also works full-time, he is called Ben! We do have a dog, she's a collie and very bouncy and loves cuddles!
I would also be willing to do short term lets if someone just needed somewhere for a couple of weeks - I'm pretty flexible!
I smoke, but not in the flat! Outside smoking only - landlord would not be appreciative! I'm fun, and friendly - I like socializing, but I also like to have my own time, like most people! I enjoy going out but I also like evenings in watching Doctor Who, Star Wars, cartoons, and good films as well as chilling listening to music!
ALL bills included for only 475! a month full time, bargain when we are just a short ride into Brighton town center! 10 min drive, 15 min bus, 30 min relaxed walk!
The new tenant has to be working full time and be able to provide A deposit to secure the room and rent the day you move in, then you'd pay rent monthly from the date you moved in, so if you move in on the 29th rent would be due on the 29th of every month! I'd also like you to be in the same age range as me 22-35 and friendly!
