Me: I am 33, male and have just moved in. I've lived in Brighton for many years and love the place. I’m easy going, social person who works just outside of Brighton.

I'm looking for a like minded person to share with :-)

I am often out and about enjoying the countryside; climbing, cycling and running. I also like all the festival fun Brighton has to offer :-)

Rent: £449 (per month)

Bills come to about £125: Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Broadband, TV licence, Now TV

Location: Ebenezer Apartments (BN2 9AB) close to the Old stein and a 5 minute walk from Brighton Central Railway Station and sea.

Room: Dimensions are approximately 3. 5 by 3. 5m. Currently unfurnished but could possibly be furnished if required.

Flat: The flat is only 4 years old. 2 x double bedrooms, living room/kitchen, bathroom and balcony

Bike shed: The flat has a bike shed which is located in the basement.

Parking: Parking is Zone C. There is currently no waiting time for these permits. There is also free parking located in Hanover and round Queens Park which are 5 minutes walk away.
