Room to let asap in Brighton! *Students Only*

Hi,

I am moving out and am looking for someone to rent my room asap. The house is a five bedroom terraced house (shown in the picture) and my room is a large furnished double room on the ground floors with a desk, large wardrobe and bedside cabinet. House mates all go to the University of Brighton, and they are all very friendly and easy-going. Kitchen is large and the bathroom is kept very clean. There is also a small toilet downstairs. We have a communal t. v in the living room and good internet service. Close to Sussex University and Brighton Falmer campus and a short bus ride away from town/seafront. STUDENTS ONLY PLEASE.
