Non-students/graduates/working professionals preferred. Council tax £59 per month, total bills approx £35-40 per month, rent £411. 60 per month. Tenancy ends September 2nd 2015.

Upstairs front room, double bed, very spacious, three windows. One built in cupboard and one stand alone wardrobe and a small desk. Room for additional furniture if desired.

Currently, four other male tenants living in the house ages 21-24. All very friendly and easy to live with.

Available now for viewings but all paperwork (tenancy agreement, guarantor etc.) needs to be done via the letting agents before you can move in. You will also need to pay a £500 deposit and a month's rent in advance plus £180 in agency fees prior to moving in. The agency requires any new tenant to be able to provide a guarantor who is also a UK homeowner.
