Looking for a new flatmate to share my 2 bed flat

Looking for a mature, reliable person to move into my garden flat with me (and my cat) at the beginning of Jan. I am quiet yet sociable, almost tidy and not a big drinker. Looking for someone similar.

There's easy/non-restricted parking outside the flat and it's about 15mins walk from town centre. The flat is in a peaceful residential area off Lewes Road (Hartington area).

It's about £500-550 per month including bills. The room is a small double but you could have your own lounge. The flat is big enough to have your own space. It's part furnished (I have my own sofa and gubbins) although the bedroom is unfurnished.

The flat is let through an agency so the usual fees and rigmarole apply.
