Spacious flatshare on Preston Park Avenue

Hi.. my name is Woody. Thats my nickname- I’m a girl.

I have a room to rent in a flat on Preston Park Avenue.. Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat right on the park...absolutely divine.. A 5 minute walk from London road train station, 10 minute walk to Preston Park station and 10 minutes from Brighton station... and an easy walk into the laines...Really nice spot. It’s a beautiful side of town to live.

The room is an unfurnished double with a built in wardrobe. 2 metres by 4 metres and a bit. Down lights. Nicely decorated, cream/white walls, high ceilings, central heating, nice and warm. The room available gets the morning sun. You would have your own bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet...I have a bedroom with an en-suite but occasionally I’d like to use the bath for a bit of relaxation. All the rooms have large windows and curtains. The lounge is massive. 4m by 4m.. Unlimited wifi.

Kitchen has all the niceties.. Fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Stainless steel gas hobs/electric oven. There is a back garden that’s shared with all those living in the flat...and of course the massive park 20 metres out the door. It’s a very quiet flat...ie. no train/car noises. There is on street permit parking.

You would be sharing with me. Im a 29 year old neonatal nurse/massage therapist...Loves yoga, holistics, going to my allotment...cooking...outdoors y type things. I’m an Aussie who's been living in Brighton the last 4 years.. Can’t get enough of it. I’m the kinda person who loves to share a home.. a chat.. cuppa...wine.. anything really. I also respect/ love space. It’s a social house but not party party. I do shift work so some days I will be sleeping so that will need to be considered. Otherwise I’m laid back and care free. Tidy but not OCD.

The room is 550 pounds plus 90-100 pounds bills on average...monthly. I’m looking for someone to move in by the 20th of December, maybe before...You will need references. It would be a 6 months minimum contract and 600 pounds deposit.
